Kaleidoscope Interventions Employees
I have been working with children for almost 7 years. I started as a teacher at the Child Development center. I was there for 5 years, I worked as a preschool and toddler teacher. There was a child in my room who was autistic and we did not have the training at the facility to work with children who have autism. So a young lady who is a RBT would come in everyday and work with him. I was so interested in what she was doing, I asked a lot of questions and watched her with the child and I got increasingly more aware of the things that I needed to know to fully help the child. My job did not do any autism training so I wanted to find a place to go so I can learn more. So I left after 5 years and began working at Puzzle Box Academy. I started out as a P.E teacher's assistant and started my training as a RBT. I took the test to be a RBT in September and passed. I have been with the company for a year and I love the difference that we make in children's lives. I am currently enrolled at Keiser University and my major is Psychology. I plan on furthering my education with a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. I love to play volleyball and I have a 7 year old daughter who keeps me very busy.
