Hello! My name is Jennifer Olson.

I joined the Puzzle Box/Kaleidoscope team in November 2016 as a Teacher’s Aide.  I was very fortunate to be able to take the Registered Behavior Technician course through Puzzle Box in January 2017. I passed the board exam in March 2017 to become a Registered Behavior Technician. I came on board at Kaleidoscope in November 2018.  I have enjoyed every second learning and working with this team.

I have been in early education since 1994 as a preschool teacher. I am certified through the Department of Children and Families and the state of Florida. It was an easy transition into special education as I feel it is where my heart is. This experience has helped me in the responsibility of providing art and sensory lessons to the early intervention clients at KI.

I am a mother of 3 beautiful children, 18, 14, and 5.  Most of my free time is spent with them.  I enjoy reading and karaoke and anything musical. I can play the piano and the guitar.

I was born and raised in El Salvador. In 2007 I moved to Florida with my family to pursue a better life and education.

During high School I attended EFSC and received my AA. Then I attended UCF where I received my bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in sociology.

I enjoy going to theme parks, spending time with my family, and traveling. I will be pursing my master’s in applied Behavior Analysis in the upcoming year and I am excited to learn more about Autism and the different ways ABA can help.
